摘要
脱油处理后的餐厨废弃物含水率很高,若在干燥前利用机械方式尽可能地脱去多余的水分,将会有效地降低干燥环节的能耗。文章通过分析叠螺式脱水机工作机理及在污泥脱水中的成功应用,结合餐厨废弃物的物性,论证了将叠螺式脱水机应用于餐厨废弃物脱水的可行性,并给出了关键零部件的设计参数,为设计适用于餐厨废弃物的叠螺式脱水设备提供参考。
De-oiled kitchen waste has a high moisture content. If using mechanical means to dehydrate excess water before drying as possible, which will effectively reduce energy consumplion in tile drying process. This paper analyzes the working mechanism of the volute type dryer and its suceessful applicalion for sludge dewalering, and combined with the physical properties of kitchen waste to demonstrale Ihe practicability that volute type dryer could be applied to the food kitchen waste dewatering machine. At last, in order to provide a reference for the design of kitchen waste volute dewatering equipment, this paper gives the design parameters of the key components.
