摘要
目的深入了解老年住院患者照顾者在看护期间内心深处的感受,以探索促进照顾者身心健康的相关因素。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对12名老年住院患者照顾者进行访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果采用类属分析法升华出4个主题:心理负担过重;被患者的护理问题困扰;健康水平下降;个人生活受限。结论在研究和关注老年人健康问题的同时,不应忽视照顾者的身心健康,并为之提供有效的干预措施。
Objective To deeply investigate the caring experiences of caregivers of elderly inpatients so as to explore the means to improve the caregivers＇ physical and mental health. Methods Phenomenologically- based methodology was used for re- search on caring experiences of 12 caregivers of elderly inpatients and the data were analyzed. Results Four themes extracted by category analysis were as follows： beating heavy psychological burden, being disturbed by the caregiving problems of the pa- tient, suffering health deterioration and living a restricted personal life. Conclusions The earegivers＇ physical and mental health should not be ignored when the geriatric health problems are studied and concerned; and hence, effective intervention mea- sures should be provided for them.
