摘要
目的了解农村老年人积极老龄化现状并分析其影响因素。方法2018年5-9月采用分层抽样法选择河南省农村老年人300名为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表.Barthel指数评定量表、中文版积极老龄化量表(active ageing scale, AAS)对其进行调查。结果农村老年人积极老龄化总分为(70.59 ± 9.57)分,条目均分为(1.96 ±0.27)分,其中建立经济保障维度得分最低,自理能力维度得分最高。多元回归分析显示,文化、婚姻状况、经济状况、日常生活能力状态是农村老年人积极老龄化的影响因素(均P<0. 05).结论农村老年人的积极老龄化总体水平处于中等偏下,应提高农村老年人健康状况,建立健全社会保障体系减轻老年人经济负担,促进农村老年人积极老龄化。
Objective To understand the status of the active aging of rural elderly and analyze its influencing factors. Methods From May to September 2018,300 elderly people in rural areas of Henan Province were selected by stratified sampling method. They were investigated by general data questionnaire, Barthel index rating scale and Chinese version of positive aging scale (AAS). Results The total score of the active aging of the rural elderly was 70. 59±9. 57 ,and the average score of items was 1. 96i0. 27. Among them, the dimension of establishing economic security scored the lowest, while the dimension of self-care ability scored the highest. Multiple regression analysis showed that culture, marital status, economic status and activities of daily living status were the influencing factors of the active aging of rural elderly people. Conclusions The overall level of the active aging of the elderly in rural areas is below the average. We should improve the health status of the elderly, establish and improve the social security system, reduce the economic burden of the elderly and promote the active aging of the elderly in rural areas.
