摘要 应用灰色多层次综合评判和系统聚类法,对2011年重庆市17个产烟乡镇的烟叶品质及品质区划进行了分析,根据烟叶外观质量、物理特性、化学成分及感官质量评价的结果,得到了17个乡镇烟叶综合质量评价结果及优劣顺序。聚类分析结果表明:当地可划分为3级品质区域,其中1级品质区域烟叶综合质量得分最高,2级次之,3级最低,各级品质区域间烟叶各项得分通过检验绝大多数达到了显著或极显著差异,实现了区分不同地域烟叶的目标,该方法在烟叶品质评价及品质区划中的应用具有合理性。 Using grey multi-hierarchical comprehensive evaluation and hierarchical cluster analysis method, the quality and quality regionalization of tobacco leaves from 17 towns in Chongqing city were analyzed in 2011. According to the results of evaluating appearance quality, physical characters, chemical components and sensory quality of tobacco leaves, the comprehensive quality evaluation results and quality order of the tobacco leaves were obtained. The hierarchical cluster analysis results indicated that the quality of tobacco leaves from 17 towns could be divided into three grading regions, of which the ifrst grading region got the highest score, the score of secondary grading region was lower, and the third grading region got the lowest score. The classiifcation results indicated that each score of the tobacco leaves between each quality region mostly achieved signiifcant difference or extremely signiifcant difference through veriifcation, thus the purpose of classifying tobacco leaves from different regions had been achieved. Therefore, application of the methods in quality evaluation and quality regionalization of tobacco leaves was reasonable.
