摘要
本文用灰色多层次综合评估这一新方法，为解决棉花多目标方案优选，做到定性与定量相结合，专家意见与数值运算相结合，使优选出方案既有先进性，又有更大的主演性与可行性。
The paper discussed,by the Grey Systems Multiechelon Svnthetic Evaluation,the problems that the combination with fixed quantity and fixed quality and the combina-tion with expert′s opinion and data operation in optimum cotton production seeking multi-ple target.The result showed that the new method made the optimum seeking schememore advanced,reenactment and feasibility.
