摘要
针对原混匀取料机的驱动系统难以承受矿山复杂多变的工况条件,而出现系统振动大、噪音大、减速器高速轴断裂等问题,提出了两种方案策略,仿真发现模糊自适应PID控制策略优于PID控制策略。该方案运用于实践后,系统的振动和冲击大幅度降低,企业效益得到了显著提高。
Two option strategies are suggested to solve the problem that the drive system of the original mix reclaimer mine cannot work well under complex and unbearable working conditions with vibration,shock and noise,as well as the fracture of the reducer shaft.The simulations suggest that the fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy is superior to the PID control strategy.The result shows that the system works well with the least vibration and shock to increase economic efficiency when this solution is applied.
