摘要
为解决定位机构大行程和高精度之间的矛盾,针对精密加工和精密测量等领域的大行程运动系统的高精度定位问题,有效结合了电液伺服驱动与压电精密驱动的优点,提出了一种基于电液-压电混合伺服驱动的宏微定位机构,建立其数学模型,以及AMESim和MATLAB的联合仿真模型,并进行了动态仿真研究。仿真表明,所提出的电液-压电混合伺服驱动定位机构能实现高精密定位,这为后续的实际应用奠定了理论基础。
According to the contradiction between the large stroke and the high precision of positioning mechanism,in order to solve the positioning problem with high precision for the large stroke motion system in precision machining and precision measurement fields,a macro-micro positioning mechanism based on the electro-hydraulic-piezoelectric hybrid servo is presented to be used as the electro-mechanical converter of high performance piezoelectric digital valve.Its mathematical model and combined simulation model based on the softwares AMESim and MATLAB are built.The simulation results show that the proposed electro-hydraulic-piezoelectric hybrid servo driven positioning mechanism could achieve high precision positioning.This will provide a theoretical basis for practical engineering applications.
