甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效观察被引量：4

摘要目的:探讨甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法:将64例2型糖尿病分为治疗组与对照组各32例,治疗组采用甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗,对照组单用甘精胰岛素治疗。结果:两组治疗后血糖水平在组内与组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有2例发生低血糖反应,治疗组有1例发生低血糖反应,两组低血糖反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对症处理后好转。结论:甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病患者可以良好地控制血糖,减少低血糖的发生,值得推广应用。
