摘要
从患致死性出血综合征的胭脂鱼 ( Myxocyprinusasiaticus Bleeker)分离到一种能产生包涵体的弹状病毒 ,称为胭脂鱼弹状病毒 ( Chinese sucker rhabdovirus,CSRV)。选择草鱼卵巢细胞系 ( Grass carp ovaries,CO)为宿主细胞 ,在接种 CSRV 3、6、9、1 2、1 8h后 ,分别取样、固定、制片、染色 ,用光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察。光镜观察结果显示 ,CSRV包涵体为直径 1～ 1 0μm的球形胞质包涵体 ;在宿主细胞中有多个包涵体 ,宿主细胞的形态和直径都发生了变化 ,然后裂解和死亡。透射电镜观察结果显示 ,在包涵体内存在大量病毒颗粒。
A novel rhabdovirus with inclusion bodies was isolated from the lethal haemorrhagic disease in Chinese sucker Myxocyprinus asiaticus Bleeker.The virus is called Chinese sucker rhabdovirus(CSRV).Grass carp ovary(CO) was selected as host cell in this study.The infected CO cells were collected at 3,6,9,12 and 18 h of postinfection with CSRV,fixed,stained,and observed by light microscopy or transmission electron microscope.The inclusion bodies of CSRV are sphere cytoplasmic inclusion body 1 10 nm in diameter.There are many inclusion bodies in a host cell.The infected cells were changed in shape and in diameter,and then lysis or died.There are a lot of virion in the inclusion bodies observed by transmission electron microscopy.
