摘要
随着黄酒机械化的不断发展,黄酒生产效率成倍提高,规模化黄酒生产企业采用大容量不锈钢罐贮酒已势在必行。简要介绍了大容量罐贮存黄酒的研究进展,对大容量罐贮酒产生的问题进行了深入的分析和探讨,并提出了相应的可供解决问题的方法,以期为黄酒企业广泛应用和推广大容量罐贮酒工艺提供理论依据。
The continuous development of mechanized production of yellow rice wine has undoubtedly doubled its production efficiency.The storage of yellow rice wine by high-capacity stainless steel tanks is imperative for large-size wineries.In this paper,the research progress in high-capacity tanks for storing yellow rice wine was introduced.The problems induced by high-capacity tank storage were discussed and the relative solutions were put forward to popularize the application of high-capacity tanks in wineries.
