摘要
泸州某白酒酿造厂年产20~30万t白酒.该厂酿酒车间产生的底锅水及醪液废水中有机物浓度较高,可生化性好,处理难度大.为保障处理后的废水能够达标排放,该厂现采用厌氧-好氧相结合工艺.结果表明,经该工艺处理后,废水中COD、BOD5、SS、氨氮、TP、TN等指标浓度均能达到GB8978-1996一级排放标准,有利于企业的可持续发展.
In this paper,a distillery in Luzhou with its annual liquor yield as 200-300 thousand tons was introduced with its wastewater treatment experience.The bottom pot water and mash wastewater produced in the distillery had high-density organic pollutant and good biodegradability,so it was difficult to handle.In order to make the treated wastewater meet the discharge standards,the distillery adopted the technology of A-O-air flotation (AF-ABR-flotation-CASS)process.The practice of such technology proved that the treated wastewater (COD,BOD5,SS,ammonia,TP,TN and other indexes) could meet first-grade wastewater discharge standards (GB 8978-1996).The success of such technology was beneficial to sustainable development of the distillery.
