彩色多普勒超声结合弹性成像在早期乳腺癌诊断中的价值 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声结合弹性成像在早期乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法:对超声检查发现乳腺肿块的242例患者(286个病灶)进行彩色多普勒超声联合超声弹性成像检查,并与病理诊断结果进行对比。结果:彩色多普勒超声诊断早期乳腺癌的灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为91.1%、75.9%、81.8%,超声弹性成像诊断的灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为89.3%、82.2%、85.0%。二者联用的灵敏性、特异性、准确性为94.6%、87.9%、90.6%,较单用显著提高。结论:彩色多普勒超声和弹性成像联合应用可以显著提高乳腺癌早期诊断的准确性和特异性。 Objective: To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with ultrasonic elastography in diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods: Color Doppler ultrasonography combined with ultrasonic elastography was used to examine 242 patients( 286 breast lesions) with breast masses,then the results were compared with pathological diagnosis. Results: The sensitivity,specificity and accuracyof color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of early breast cancer were 91. 1%,75. 9% and 81. 8%,respectively. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasonic elastography in diagnosis of early breast cancer were 89. 3%,82. 2% and 85. 0%,respectively. And the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of joint detection of color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography in diagnosis of early breast cancer were94. 6%,87. 9% and 90. 6%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of single application of color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography. Conclusion: Joint application of color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy and specificity of early breast cancer.
