摘要
目的:探讨舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因行腰硬联合分娩镇痛对产程进展和剖宫产率的影响。方法:将140例初产妇随机分为两组,每组各70例,其中对照组不给予镇痛药物,观察组采取舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因镇痛,比较两组镇痛效果、产程进展及剖宫产率。结果:观察组T1、T2时视觉模拟疼痛评分分别为(2.01±0.23)分和(0.87±0.11)分,均较T0时和对照组评分显著降低(P<0.05);观察组第一产程和第二产程时间分别为(192.03±11.02)min和(52.91±4.23)min,与对照组比较不具有统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组剖宫产率为11.43%,显著低于对照组的31.43%(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因行腰硬联合分娩镇痛效果显著,可显著降低剖宫产率,安全性高,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective： To explore the effect of labor analgesia with sufentanil combined with ropivacaine on progress of labor and cesarean section rate. Methods： A total of 140 primiparous women were randomly divided into two groups,70 women in each group; the women in control group were not treated with analgesics,while the women in observation group were treated with sufentanil combined with ropivacaine for labor analgesia; the analgesic effects,progresses of labor and cesarean section rates in the two groups were compared. Results： VAS score at T1 and T2 in observation group were（ 2. 01 ± 0. 23） and（ 0. 87 ± 0. 11）,respectively,which were significantly lower than those at T0 in observation group and control group（ P〈0. 05）; the first stage of labor and the second stage of labor in observation group were（ 192. 03 ± 11. 02） minutes and（ 52. 91 ± 4. 23） minutes,respectively,compared with control group,there was no statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; the cesarean section rate in observation group was 11. 43%,which was statistically significantly lower than that in control group（ 31. 43%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of sufentanil combined with ropivacaine on labor analgesia is significant,and it can significantly reduce the cesarean section rate,and it is safe,which has good clinical value.
