摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后的护理。方法 64例患者被随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均给予基础护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予心理护理。结果实验组术后VAS评分(视觉模拟疼痛评分)、术后排气时间和住院时间均显著小于对照组(t=4.695,P<0.01;t=8.521,P<0.01;t=5.732,P<0.01)。结论在基础护理的基础上强化心理护理,可以促进患者更快的康复,提高患者生活质量,值得临床考虑。
Objective To explore the nursing of myomectomy under laparoscopic.Methods 64 cases of patients after myomectomy under laparoscopic were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,both groups were given based nursing,and experimental group were added with psychological nursing.Results The VAS score,time of gas elimination and hospital time in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group（t=4.695,P〈0.01;t=8.521,P〈0.01;t=5.732,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Strengthening psychological nursing on base of basic nursing,can prompt quicker recovery and enhance life quality,so it deserved considering in clinical work.
