摘要
采用人工染菌试验法,在甜荞麦表面接种枯草芽孢杆菌和黄曲霉菌,用气体二氧化氯进行杀菌,研究了气体二氧化氯杀菌浓度和杀菌时间对杀菌效果的影响。结果表明:气体二氧化氯的杀菌浓度和杀菌时间都在一定程度上影响其对染菌甜荞麦的杀菌效果,且二者存在交互作用,低浓度气体二氧化氯对黄曲霉菌比对枯草芽孢杆菌的杀菌效果更好。当二氧化氯浓度为100 mg/L,杀菌时间为20 min时,对枯草芽孢杆菌的杀菌率达到99.93%;当二氧化氯浓度为8.5 mg/L,杀菌时间为30 min时,对黄曲霉菌的杀菌率达到99.04%。
Artificial bacterial contamination test method was used to investigate bactericidal effect of chlorine dioxide gas on bacillus subtilis and aspergillus flavus on surface of common buckwheat. Sterilization time and concentration of chlorine dioxide gas were studied as influencing factors. The results showed that:both sterilization time and concentration of chlorine dioxide gas had an effect on sterilization of contaminated buckwheat in a certain extent,and there was an interaction between the two. Bactericidal effect on Aspergillus flavus in low concentration of chlorine dioxide gas was better than on Bacillus subtilis. When the chlorine dioxide concentration was 100 mg/L,sterilization time is 20 min,the Bacillus subtilis sterilization rate could reach 99.93%;while the chlorine dioxide concentration was 8.5 mg/L,sterilization time was 30 min,the aspergillus flavus sterilization rate could reach to 99.04%.
