摘要 水平连铸生产的管坯尺寸及质量与结晶器的结构形状密切相关。结晶器由石墨外套、石墨芯子组成。设计外径为90mm,内径为40mm规格的铸坯所用结晶器。计算出石墨外套长度为380mm、内径为92mm、壁厚为14mm,注液孔直径为10mm、孔数为4;芯子锥度为1°,芯子入口直径为47.34mm,出口直径为36mm,模座厚度为45mm。制造出该结晶器,生产的TP2铜管质量合格。 Size and quality of tube produced by horizontal continuous casting are closely related with structure of the crystallizer. Crystallizer is composed of graphite sleeve, graphite core. A crystallizer was designed for the ingot blank with the outer diameter of 90 mm and the inner diameter of 40 ram, and the graphite sleeve length, diameter, wall thickness, diameter of liquid injection hole, hole number, core taper, diameter of core inlet, diameter of outlet and the thickness of the mold base are 380 mm,92 mm,14 mm, 10 mm, 4, 1°, 47.34 mm, 36 mm and 45 ram, respectively. The qualified TP2 copper pipe was produced successfully with the crystallizer designed.
