摘要
结晶器在铜及铜合金铸造中是非常关键的模具,结晶器不仅有着不同的分类和特点,而且也有本质不同的结构。文中论述了铜及铜合金铸造用石墨结晶器的结构设计,坯料材料的选择,机加工质量,电镀质量,装配质量,维护、酸洗质量等技术。
Cast mold is very important in the casting of copper and copper alloy. Not only does cast mold have different categories and characteristics, but also it has different structure. The paper discusses the structural design of graphite mold for casting of copper and copper alloy. At the same time, some aspects can not be ignored such as a reasonable machining process, assembly, plating quality, well maintenance, and acidwashinq etc.
