摘要
采用机械球磨法制备片状微米级镍粉,并利用扫描电镜研究了研磨参数对片状镍粉形貌的影响。结果表明,乙醇和硬脂酸的用量对其微观结构有较大影响,乙醇可防止金属镍粉的氧化,适量硬脂酸防止超细镍粉的团聚。所采用的制备方法具有效率高、成本低和工艺设备简单,适于大规模生产等优点,生产出来的片状镍粉具有广阔应用前景。
Flake-like micron nickel powders were successfully prepared by mechanical milling. The effects of milling parameters on the morphology of flake-like Ni powders were studied by SEM. The results show that both the usage of ethanol and stearic acid can play key roles in governing the microstructure of Ni flakes. Ethanol can protect the Ni powders from the oxidation, while appropriate stearic acid can prevent them from agglomeration. The present approach has the advantages of fast rate, low cost and simple processing equipment, in large-scale production The flake-like Ni powders produce has great promising application.
