摘要
针对圆锥形拉伸整形凹模的破坏形式 ,运用有限元方法对凹模进行受力分析 ,研究凹模破坏的原因 ,提出圆锥形拉伸整形凹模的合理设计方案 ,该方案对提高模具强度和使用寿命具有明显的效果。
In view of the failure forms of the drawing and shaving matrix for conical pats, an analysis was made on the stress exerted on the matrix by using the finite element method to study the cause of the matrix failure. A rational design of the drawing and shaving matrix was described. The design has a prominent result in increasing the strength and service life of the die.
