摘要
针对泵轴和叶轮是用锥形套联接并传递扭矩方式的井用潜水电泵,给出了井用潜水电泵叶轮内孔及锥形套外径极限偏差的合理设计方案,解决了潜水电泵由于锥形套的接触面积不够大,在运行中经常出现叶轮脱落的现象,并举实例进行计算。
This paper gives the rational design proposal of limit deviation of impeller inner bore and cone-thimble diameter of diving pump for well application aiming at the working ways of joint and transmission torque by using the cone-thimble for pump spindle and impeller, and solves the phenomenon of impeller drop frequently in operation because of small contact area of cone-thimble and then gives an example of calculation.
