摘要
研究了精铟生产中酸度对电流效率、槽电压、产品纯度的影响 :控制pH =2～ 3,能使电流效率达 92 %以上 ,槽电压为 0 3～ 0 5V ,产品纯度可达 99 999%以上 ;分析了电解液酸度变化的原因 。
The effect of acidity on current density, cell voltage and product quality were studied.pH was controded between 2 and 3, then current efficiency exceeded 92%,cell volage was 0.3～0 5V and product pureness exceeded 99.999% The cause of variation of acidity was discussed and the method of control of acidity by adding sulfuric acid or hydrate of sodium was described.
