摘要
简述了从湿法炼锌含铟渣中提取铟的基本原理,分析了从锌冶炼富铟渣中回收铟过程中影响铟直收率的原因。根据生产原理及生产实际情况,提出了提高铟直收率的相应措施,解决了生产中因工序多造成的铟金属流失问题。改进后的工艺具有明显的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。
The basic principles of extracting indium from wet methods zinc smelting residue were introduced.The influence factors on the indium direct recovery were analyzed.According to producing principle and practice,the necessary actions for increasing the direct recovery rate of indium were put forward and the problems of indium wastage from the multiple stepes in hydrometallurgy were settled.The improved process has obvious economic,social and environmental benefits.
