摘要
为了提高光电跟踪系统精度校准信标光分系统设计试验中的信标光精度,提出了采用二级缩束等光学校准分系统和微透镜及CCD模块相配合使用的实时校准数据反馈装置,为控制系统以及最终数据处理实时地提供振幅补偿数据。实验证明,该装置也可以通过增添或删减部分组件的方法,在多种使用快速倾斜镜的光学系统中作为实时校准监控装置使用。
In order to improve beacon precision of optical tracking system precision calibration device in the de- sign of beacon laser system, we propose to adopt feedback apparatus of real-time calibration data, which is composed of optical calibration subsystem such as sub-compression, micro-lens and CCD modules, to provide the real-time amplitude compensation data for a tracking control system and the final data processing. In addition, the apparatus may also be applied to optical systems ,which use fast steering mirror as real-time monitoring calibration apparatus by adding or deleting some component parts.
