摘要
目的了解大学新生乙肝病毒感染情况,为进一步采取干预措施提供依据。方法对四川省某高校2012级大学新生进行乙肝两对半检测,使用SAS 9.1软件对结果进行统计分析。结果本次共检测2 860名大学新生血清乙肝两对半。结果显示,大学新生HBsAg总体阳性率为3.88%,其中男生HBsAg携带率高于女生,不同民族学生之间、农村与城镇学生之间HBsAg携带率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),但往届学生HBsAg携带率高于应届学生。学生总体HBsAb阳性率为9.02%,无性别、民族和生源之间差异。在乙肝病毒感染模式上,大三阳和小三阳是主要的感染模式。结论大学新生HBsAg总体阳性率虽然处于较低水平,但学生对HBV的免疫力较低,因此,应对大学生采取有针对性的乙肝防治干预措施。
OBJECTIVE To understand the HBV infection of the freshmen, and to provide the scientific evidence for taking further intervention measures to the undergraduates. METHODS The blood samples of the 2012's freshmen in a colledge in Sichuan Province were detected. The detection of HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb, HBcAb was conducted in the everyone's blood sample.The Software SAS 9.1 was used for the statistical analysis of the testing results. RESUSTS The blood samples of 2 860 freshmen were detected altogether. The overall positive rate of HBsAg among the freshmen was 3.88%, the male freshmen's overall positive rate of HBsAg was higher than that of female freshmen, there was no statistical difference in the overall positive rate of HBsAg among the freshmen of different nationalities, and between the rural students and urban students, but the former graduates' overall positive rate of HBsAg was higher than the graduates' in high school. The overall positive rate of HBsAb among the freshmen was 9.02%, there was no statistical difference in the overall positive rate of HBsAb among the freshmen of different nationalities, between the male freshmen and female freshmen, and of different sources of students. The infection pattern of HBsAg positive, HBeAg positive, HbcAb positive and the infection pattern of HBsAg positive and HBeAb positive, HbcAb positive were the most important HBV infection patterns.CONCLUSIONS The overall positive rate of HBsAg among the freshmen was lower, but the immunity to HBV among the freshmen was lower, so the intervention measures to the prevention of HBV infection must been taken.
