摘要
网络反腐在成为当前我国在反腐败工作中的重要推动力量的同时也大大提升了我国反腐的效果。在网络成为反腐利器的同时其负面影响也日益突出。反腐也是一把双刃剑,存在诸多问题,带来的负面影响也日益突出。在司法实践中,网络反腐涉及宪法、刑法、行政法、民法等诸多法律问题,无论是哪个问题都是很复杂的,因此如何积极和正确的引导网络反腐,为我国网络反腐提供法律制度的保障成为当务之急。
The network anti-corruption becomes an important driving force in the current fight against corruption in China and also greatly enhances the effectiveness of anti-corruption, but at the same time, the negative effects are also increasingly prominent. Anti-corruption is also a double-edged sword, with many problems, whose negative impact is increasingly prominent. In judicial practice, many constitutional, criminal, administrative, and civil issues involved in network anti-corruption, whatever the problems are very complicated, and so how to positively and properly guide the network anti-corruption to provide legal protection for network anti-corruption in China became a top priority.
