摘要
针对塔里木油气田、作业区、单井的开采和生产现状,充分挖掘总部、研究院/事业部/经理部、作业区不同层级的业务需求,成功研制出首套基于Web的油气生产综合指标预警系统(PEWS),实现了高效的数据共享、数据分析、数据整合和联网即用功能。该系统运用先进的预警理论,集成行业领先的MVC设计模式,首次提出油气井健康度的概念,并对集输系统和安全生产运行指标进行了研究,制定了相应的预警预案处理知识库,建立了一套适合塔里木油田的油气生产预警系统,能实现多角色多用户协同工作,满足可扩展性和易用性的性能需求,达到业内领先水平。
Aiming at the current situation of exploitation and production of Tarim oil field, operations area and single well and fully developing the business needs of headquarters, research institute/division/manger department and operations area, the first early-warning system of composite indicators in oil and gas production （PEWS） based on web service was successfully developed, which allowing highly effective data sharing, data analysis, data integration and on-line and use. This system uses advanced early-warning theory, leading MVC as programming model. The concept of oil and gas well health degree was first proposed, Meanwhile, containing gathering and transferring system and operation index for safety production and the corresponding early warning plan treatment knowledge base, a set of system （PEWS） suitable for Tarim oil field was established. The research result has shown that this system with expansibility and usability could meet the needs of multirole users, achieving industry - leading level.
