摘要
在线检测硅片的尺寸、破损,代替人工实现自动分选。分析了在线检测的难点,并详细介绍了实现硅片在线检的硬件系统。最后介绍了软件系统的标定方法,以及检测效果图。
The article makes the on-line detection for the silicon size and damaged parts to replace the artificial automatic sorting. It analyzes the difficulty of on-line detection and the hardware system of silicon online inspection is introduced in detail. Finally this paper introduces the calibration method of the software system as well as the test renderings;
