摘要
介绍了当前对机床加工误差的几种检测方法,针对在线检测的要求,以TH5660A立式加工中心为研究对象,利用高分辨率的面阵CCD,提出了一种基于机器视觉的加工中心运动误差的在线检测系统方案。介绍了系统的硬件设计方案和软件总体设计方案。通过边缘检测、像素细分及边缘拟合等软件技术使测量精度突破像素级限制,达到亚像素级,可实现高精度检测。
The current inspecting methods of NCN manufacturing error is introduced. According to the request of on-line inspecting and using high resolution area CCD,an on-line inspecting scheme based on machine vision inspection of motion error of machining center is proposed,which takes TH5660A machining center as object of study. The configuration of the hardware and the design of the software are introduced. Through edge detection,pixel subdivision and edge fitting technique ,raises the accuracy of measurement that is usually limited in one pixel to subpixel and achieves high precision detection.
