摘要
经济转型期市场经济体制逐步建立和完善,市场价值原则日趋强势,高校教师受个体经济利益最大化思想所影响,教师职业意识不断淡化,已影响我国高等教育质量和健康发展。为此,有必要呼吁和强调强化科学合理的高校教师职业意识以推动我国高等教育事业发展。
During the period of the economy transformation the market-oriented economy system is gradually established and perfect and the market value principle becomes the core one The teachers′ professional consciousness gets so desalting because of the thought of maximizing their economic benefits that it has impacted the quality and development of our higher education. So it is necessary to call and emphasize the strengthening of the scientific and reasonable professional consciousness to promote our higher education cause.
