摘要
"双师型"教师是高职院校教师队伍的骨干力量,"双师型"教师党员更是骨干中的精英,加强"双师型"教师党支部建设,积极探索与学院党委有机结合的组织机制、与职业教育有机结合的运行机制、与结对共建有机结合的实践机制,有利于提升基层党组织的桥梁和纽带作用、战斗堡垒作用和示范引领作用,推动高职院校党建工作再上新台阶。
＂Double capability＂ teachers are the backbone of teachers in higher vocational colleges, the ＂double capability ＂teacher party members are the backbone of the elite. Strengthening the construction of ＂double capabil- ity＂ teachers＇ party branch, actively exploring and instituting the organization mechanism which is combined organi- cally with the party committee and the operating mechanism which is combined organically with the vocational education are benefit to improve the bridge and the link, the roles of fighting forts and demonstration leading role of grass-roots party organization, and to promote party construction in higher vocational colleges to a new level.
