摘要
[目的]测定商洛市6个县区不同产地黄芩药材黄芩苷的含量,对其质量进行考察。[方法]采用《中国药典》2010年版一部黄芩项下HPLC法含量黄芩苷含量。[结果]商洛市不同产地、不同栽培年限黄芩药材中黄芩苷的含量有一定差异,最高16.3%,最低11.6%,但都高于《中国药典》2010年版要求。[结论]商洛市不同产区2年、3年黄芩其黄芩苷含量均符合《中国药典》2010年版要求。
Objective To determine the content of baicalin in Radix Scutellariae of six regions in Shangluo City,and to explore its quality. [Methods] Determine the content of baicalin with HPLC method in Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010 edition.[Results] The content of baicalin in radix scutellariae of different habitats and cultivated growth years had certain difference ,the highest was 16.3%,the lowest was 11.6%,but they were higher than the regulation of Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010 edition. [Conclusion] The content of baicalin in radix scutellariae of two years or three years of different region in Shangluo City conformed to the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010 edition.
