摘要
为切实推进牟定县农业综合开发工作的持续健康发展,结合目前农业综合开发管理现状,通过调研,分析了牟定县农业综合开发管理中存在的问题,从区域布局,产业发展规划,项目立项申报,项目实施质量控制,项目资金管理等方面提出了牟定县农业综合开发管理机制创新的措施及对策建议。
