成人肾脏原发性腺泡型横纹肌肉瘤1例报告并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 横纹肌肉瘤（rhabdomyosarcoma,RMS）是儿童常见的软组织恶性肿瘤,原发于成人的RMS少见且预后较儿童差.安徽医科大学第一附属医院2012年收治了1例成人肾脏原发性腺泡型RMS,现报告如下： 1 病例报告 男,43岁,因右腰部持续性隐痛1周,于2012年12月07日入院.患查体：双肾区无膨隆,右肾区轻压痛及叩击痛,右下腹部触及较硬包块,约4×5cm大小,下缘位置平脐,轻压痛,双侧腰腹部未触及包块.静脉尿路造影（IVU）提示右肾区占位性病变,右肾及输尿管未见明显异常.
