摘要
消费者安全农产品购买意愿和支付行为的一致性对保障农产品质量安全具有重要的逆向促进作用。本文以吉林省城镇消费者的问卷调查数据为基础,实证分析了消费者安全农产品认知和消费情况,并用Logistic回归模型识别了影响区域消费者安全农产品购买意愿和购买行为一致性的因素。结果显示,尽管81.27%的受访者表示愿意购买安全农产品,但受溢价约束购买意愿和动机鲜少转化为购买行为。受教育程度、家庭人口规模、家庭月收入、消费环境、消费体验对消费者安全农产品购买意愿与行为的一致性具有显著影响;消费者农产品质量安全认证知识和政府农产品质量安全监管了解程度也对安全农产品消费意愿与行为的一致性有重要影响。
The consistency of consumers' willingness and payment behavior on buying safety agricultural products has an important role in reverse promoting the quality and safety of agricultural products. Using the data of urban consumers' questionnaire survey in Jilin, the paper empirical analysis the consumer safety awareness and consumption behavior of agricultural products and identified the factors affecting the consistency of their purchasing preference and buying behavior for safe products with logistic regression model. The results show that, although 81.27% of respondents said they are willing to buy safe agricuhural produc really translate into purchasing behavior constrained by the ts hi income, consumption environment has a significant impact on , most consumers' intentions and motivations can not gh premium. Educational level, family size, family the consistency; knowledge of agricultural products quality &safety and the understanding of government supervision also have positive impacts
