摘要 以长三角河口海岸地区8座城市为研究对象,利用可变模糊识别模型方法对社会经济和环境进行协调度定量评价后得出:9年间该区域社会经济与环境经历了失调到逐渐协调的转变过程,但地区内各城市的协调程度有所不同。区域协调度的提升主要由于经济、社会发展水平对环境的拉动。协调度的地区差异则是由城市发展的功能定位和城市本身的基础共同作用的。经济社会发展在环境质量改善中起到的支撑作用,经济社会发展与环境资源的矛盾具有对立统一性。 In this paper, based on the variable fuzzy recognition model, the researchers try to conduct a quantitative evaluation on the economy and environment of 8 cities in the coastal region in the Yangtze River Estuary. The results show that the regional economic, social and environmental development have all experienced a process from transition to a progressive harmonization. However, the degrees of coordination within these areas vary from each other. Furthermore, the promotion of regional coordination was primarily due to the obvious pulling effects of economic and social development to the environment. Meanwhile, differences of coordination among these areas are caused by the combined action of the func-tional orientation of urban development and basis of the city itself. Therefore, we come to the conclusion that economic and social development has played the supporting role in the improvement of environmental quality, and those contradic-tions are the unity of opposites.
