摘要
经济发迭城市的经济发展与环境保护有着相似的经历。以广州市经济增长和废水排放的关系为例，在选取广州市1982～2004年经济与废水排放数据的基础上，建立了人均GDP与废水排放量的模型和绘制了环境库兹涅茨曲线。研究发现，广州市的经济与环境发展符合环境库被涅茨曲线呈倒U型，人均GDP与废水排放量曲线已位于转折点，表明技术进步和产业结构的调整已产生了明显的环境效益。与国外经济发达城市相比．中国经济发达城市多处于工业化发展的中期，已进入了经济与环境协调发展的有序时期。
Economic development and environment protection in developed cities of China have the same experience. This article take the Relationship Between Economic Growth and water discharge of Guangzhou as the example, with the 1982- 2002 years economy and environment data in Guangzhou as basis, the model of per capita GDP and waste water discharge have been established,Environmental Kuznets Curve have been described. The Study show that the development of economy and environment conform to feature of Environmental Kuznets Curve and present reversed U type, the curve of per capita GDP and waste water discharge have been located in a turning point,which indicates that the technological progress and readjustment of industrialize structure have yielded significant environmental benefit. Compared with foreign developed cities, ours are on the middle stage of industrial development, and come into an ordered period in which economy and environment go harmoniously.
