摘要
对按照GB 4789.40方法,检测含双歧杆菌的婴儿配方奶粉和原料中的阪崎肠杆菌进行了研究,发现检测结果存在假阴性风险。对检测方法进行了改进,通过添加万古霉素,或增大BPW稀释液的用量,降低了双歧杆菌对阪崎肠杆菌的抑制作用,从而避免了检测结果的假阴性,保证了婴儿配方奶粉的质量与安全。
The GB 4789.40 method was studied,there would be false negative results if it was used to detect Enterobacter sakazakii in infant formula milk powder and raw material containing Bifidobacterium. The method was improved by adding vancomycin or increasing the dosage of BPW,which could reduce inhibitory effect and avoid false negative results,and was helpful to ensure quality and safety of infant formula milk powder.
