摘要
扩增内标常用于实时荧光定量PCR检测基因表达时标准化的建立。现在大多数学者普遍认为,在PCR体系中加入扩增内标能有效指示假阴性现象的出现,有助于得到更加可靠的试验结果。从扩增内标的种类及构建、扩增内标在PCR检测方面的应用三方面进行综述,以便选择合适的扩增内标,发挥其对假阴性的指示作用。
Internal amplification control (IAC) was used in the standard establishment of real-time PCR method to detect the gene expression. It could effectively avoid the false negative detection results and increase the accuracy in the PCR detection method. What reviewed in this article was about the kinds and constructions of IAC, and its applications in PCR detections, and then we might choose IAC properly which could indicate false negative results.
