摘要
首先对现有三种风险分析方法 ( )进行了分析并指出其各自缺陷 ,继而采用了一种综合风险分析方法 .其基本思想是 :使用方法 的分析程序和处理方法 ,在风险因子风险量求取中考虑其模糊性 ,利用方法 的手段求取 ,同时 ,采用 Delphi法的回溯机制来保证专家估计的可靠性。
In this article the existing three kinds risk analysis methods(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) are analyzed and their shortcomings are discussed. Then composite risk analysis method is used. The composite analysis method's basic idea is:use the method Ⅱ's analysis process and tacking method, use fuzzy method Ⅲ’s method to get risk factor's rate. In order to get correct objective and unbiased evaluation of expents, the Delphi method's go\|back mechanism is used.
