摘要
目的:探讨顾护胃气法为主的中药方剂对晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量各因素的影响。方法:将70例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为研究组与对照组各35例,比较2组患者卡氏评分、临床症状改善方面的差异性。结果:研究组在提高卡式评分、改善临床症状方面优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:顾护胃气法为主的中药方剂可改善晚期恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量。
Objective： To explore the effects of herbs which could protect stomach-Q/ on the factors of life quality of the patients suffering from advanced malignant tumors. Methods： All 70 patients were randomly allocated to the experiment group and the control group. The improvements of clinical symptom and KPS scores of both groups were compared. Results： The experiment group was superior to the control group in improving KPS scores and clinical symptoms （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Herbs which protect stomach-Qi could improve life quality of the pa- tients with advanced malignant tumors.
