摘要
利用溶剂热法制备了高分散 Fe3O4纳米微球,以此为核,制备了2种核壳型亲水纳米微球 Fe3O4@SiO2和Fe3 O4@mSiO2,通过TEM、FTIR和 N2吸脱附等温曲线来表征微球,并通过表面疏水改性改变微球表面性质得到2种疏水材料:材料1和材料2.将这2种疏水材料应用于机油、柴油的吸油性研究.结果表明:具有介孔结构的材料2对柴油的吸油率可达9.67 g/g,对机油的吸油率可达15.03 g/g,材料再生后可重复使用5~6次.
Two kinds of core-shell nanoparticles Fe3 O4@SiO2 and Fe3 O4@mSiO2 whose magnetic ker-nels were high-dispersed Fe3 O4 nanoparticles were prepared and characterized in detail by TEM,FTIR and N2 adsorption-desorption.The results showed that oil adsorption capacity of material 2 which was in meso-porous structure for diesel oil and motor oil was approximate to 9.67g/g and 15.03 g/g respectively.The material could be reused for 5~6 times after regeneration.
