摘要
目的研究p27、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、MMP-9在结肠癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测50例结肠癌组织、癌旁组织和正常切缘组织中的p27、MMP-2、MMP-9。结果结肠癌组织、肿瘤外围3 cm和正常切缘中,p27、MMP-2和MMP-9阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癌组织中p27、MMP-2和MMP-9表达在肿瘤的不同分化程度、Dukes分期及有无淋巴结转移间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 p27的低表达和MMP-2、MMP-9的过表达在结肠癌的发生发展及其浸润和转移中具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of p 27,MMP-2,MMP-9 in colon carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p 27,MMP-2,MMP-9 in 50 specimens of colon carcinoma tissues,the tissues around cancer and normal tissues from resection margin .Results In colon cancer tissues, the tissues 3 cm away from cancer and normal colon tissues ,the positive expression rates of p27 were 54%,90%,100%, MMP-2 were 76%,20%,0 and MMP-9 were 82%,44%,0,respectively.There were significant differences in the positive expression rates of p27,MMP-2 and MMP-9 among the three kinds of tissues （ P 〈0.05）.The expressions of p27,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in cancer tissues were closely correlated to the differentiation degree ,Dukes staging and lymph node metastases （P 〈0.01）.Conclusion The lower-expression of p27 and overexpression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 play an important role in the pathogenesis,development,infiltration and metastasis of colon carcinoma .
