摘要 目的:探讨当归品质与土壤中无机元素的关系。方法:UPLC-PDA法测定甘肃、云南、四川和湖北4个主产区当归药材中阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯A、正丁基苯酞、藁本内酯和丁烯基苯酞含量。ICP法测定土壤中和药材中16种无机元素。采用相关分析、主成分分析(PCA)及单因素方差分析方法分析探究药材道地性与土壤中及药材中无机元素之间的关联。结果:土壤无机元素对当归品质有一定影响;不同产区土壤无机元素含量有差异。甘肃产当归药材中重金属Cd与Pb含量显著低于其他3个产地。As、Mn、Ba、Ca、Pb、Ni元素可能是影响药材中5种主要成分含量相关的元素,Ca元素可能抑制了Cd元素的吸收。甘肃和云南产当归主要活性成分含量相近,且高于湖北和四川。湖北和四川产当归主要活性成分含量相似。结论:甘肃与云南产当归品质最优、四川和湖北产当归质量差于甘肃和云南产当归,体现了甘肃产当归药材的道地性。 Objective: To investgate relationshi Pbetween the content of inorganic elements in soil and the quality of Angelica sinensis. Methods: A total of 15 samples were analyzed. UPLC-PDA was used to determine the content of ferulic acid,senkyunolide A,n-Butylphthalide,ligustilide,butylidenephthalide in A. sinensis. The inorganic elements were determined by IC Pmethod. PCA method was used to discriminate different Angelica samples. One-way ANOVA and correlation analysis was used to find the relationshi Pamong the samples. Results: The differences of inorganic elements content in A. sinensis from Gansu and Yunnan are greater than that from Hubei and Sihcuan. The total content of five chemical components in A. sinensis from Gansu and Yunnan were higher than that from Hubei and Sichuan. The contents of Cd and Pb in Gansu were lower than that in the other three places. Conclusion: The quality of A. sinensis from Gansu and Yunnan were much better than that from Hubei and Sichuan which support that,A. sinensis in Gansu is the genuine medicinal materials.
