白菜型冬油菜越冬过程生理指标研究 被引量:3

摘要 以抗寒性不同的4个白菜型冬油菜品种为试验材料,研究其在陕西关中地区自然越冬过程中叶片和根部的形态特征以及相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性与品种抗寒性的关系。结果表明,超强抗寒冬油菜陇油6号和陇油7号冬前地上部生长较慢,地下部生长较快,干物质积累较多。表现叶片数、叶长及叶面积均小于天油2号和天油4号;但根长、根茎粗以及地上部和地下部干湿质量比均明显大于天油2号和天油4号。在越冬过程中(最低温度从5℃→0℃→-5℃→0℃→5℃),相对电导率、MDA、POD活性均表现为先上升后下降的趋势,CAT活性整体表现为先升后降后又上升继而下降的规律。相对电导率和MDA含量均在-5℃时达最大值,POD活性在0℃时达到峰值,CAT活性在0℃时达到高峰值。在同一温度时期内,MDA含量与CAT活性则表现为叶片高于根,而POD活性表现为叶片低于根。同一品种,在越冬过程中,叶片和根各生理指标变化趋势一致。陇油6号和陇油7号相对电导率和MDA含量在各时期均显著低于天油2号和天油4号,POD活性(除越冬前期5℃)、CAT活性在各时期均显著高于天油2号和天油4号。隶属函数分析表明,陇油6号、陇油7号的隶属函数综合值明显高于天油2号和天油4号,说明生理指标结合隶属函数法综合分析可以准确鉴定品种的抗寒性。 The objective of this paper was to explore the relationship of agronomic traits,physi-biochemical traits and cold resistance in winter rapeseed,and to provide an evaluation method for development of cold tolerant Brassica campestris L.The experiment was carried out at Guanzhong Region, Shanxi province with 4different hardiness winter rapeseed cultivars.The leaves and root morphology, relative conductivity,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,peroxidase(POD)activity and catalase(CAT)activity were investigated during their natural wintering stage.The results showed that ultra winter-hardy Brassica campestris L.(Longyou 6and Longyou 7)had a slower shoot growth,faster underground growth and more dry matter accumulation before wintering stage,whose leaf number, leaf length and leaf area were less than other cultivars(Tianyou 2and Tianyou 4)while root length, root diameter,ground and below-ground wet and dry mass were significantly higher than Tianyou 2 and Tianyou 4.During wintering stage(the minimum temperature was 5℃ →0℃ →-5℃ →0℃→5℃),relative conductivity,MDA content and POD activity showed the trend of from increasing to decreasing and CAT activity increased firstly,then decreased,increased and decreased.Relative conductivity and MDA content reached the maximum at-5 ℃,POD activity reached its peak at 0 ℃, CAT activity reached its maximum at 0℃and its minimum at-5℃.At the same temperature period,MDA content and CAT activity in leaves was higher than that in root,while POD activity showed opposite trend.For the same cultivar,the trend of physiological indexes in leaves were similar to that in roots,relative conductivity and MDA content in Longyou 6and Longyou7were significantly lower than Tianyou 2and Tianyou 4at each period,while POD activity(except early wintering at 5℃)and CAT activity showed opposite trend.At last,by using fuzzy mathematics method,the comprehensive value of Longyou 6and Longyou 7was significantly higher than Tianyou 2and Tianyou 4,which indicated that physiological indexes combined with fuzzy mathematic method,was an accurate way to identify the cold resistance of cultivars.
