摘要
为防止HCNG发动机回火,提高仿真模型计算精度,针对台架发动机的结构和试验参数,利用AVL BOOST软件建立富氢HCNG发动机简化模型。研究不同压缩比ε和配气相位对发动机的性能影响。模拟结果表明:提高压缩比可以提高发动机的动力性及经济性;减少气门重叠角使发动机的充气效率降低,动力性和经济性略有下降。在提高发动机压缩比的同时减小气门重叠角可以防止富氢HCNG发动机回火。
To prevent the backfire in a hydrogen-enriched HCNG engine and to improve the accuracy of simulation model, an one-dimensional simulation model for hydrogen-enriched HCNG engine was established on the base of the engine specifications by AVL BOOST software. The model was used to analyze various parameters, including compression ratio and valve timing. The results show that the increase of compression ratio can improve the power and fuel economy of the engine. The charging efficiency, power and fuel economy of the engine are reduced because of the decrease of the valve overlap ; and the power and fuel economy of the engine slightly decrease. Improving compression ratio and reducing valve overlap angle can a- void the backfire in hydrogen-enriched HCNG engine.
