摘要
介绍了HCNG(氢气-天然气混合燃料)的性能试验结果分析。采用缸外预混合天然气/氢气,研究发动机转速、进气管绝对压力、掺氢体积比、点火提前角对发动机性能的影响。结果表明适量掺氢可增大发动机最大有效功率;增大掺氢比可降低HC排放平均值;增大进气管绝对压力会增大HC排放平均值;CO排放受点火提前角、进气管绝对压力和燃料成分的影响;增大点火提前角和进气管绝对压力使各个掺氢比的NOx排放有增大的趋势。
A tested result of HCNG (CNG blending with hydrogen) performance is introduced. HCNG is pre-mixed out cylinder. Performance of engine influenced by engine speed, intake manifold absolute pressure, ignition timings, mixing ratio of hydrogen is studied. The experiment results show that : engine effective power increased with properly mixing ratio of hydrogen to CNG. Average HC can be decreased with increased mixing ratio. Average HC can be increased with increased intake manifold absolute pressure. CO is influenced by ignition timings, intake manifold absolute pressure and propellant composition. The trend of NOx is increased with increasing ignition timings and intake manifold absolute pressure.
