摘要
目的探索综合护理干预对门诊初始胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者的自我管理水平和血糖代谢的干预效果。方法采用随机对照试验研究设计,将门诊210例进行初始胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者分为两组,对照组(105例)接受常规护理,干预组(105例)接受综合护理干预,比较干预前、干预3个月后两组患者自我管理能力、低血糖发生率和糖代谢的情况。结果综合护理干预后干预组患者自我管理能力优于对照组,低血糖发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。患者血糖控制情况改善明显(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能提高患者的自我管理水平,减少低血糖发生率,改善血糖控制情况。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention on initial insulin therapy outpatients＇ glucose metabolic and self management level. Methods Totally,210 diabetic patients with initial insulin therapy were divided into two groups. The patients in control group were received routine nursing. The patients in the expermental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Self - management ability the rate of hypoglycemia and glucose index were compared between the two groups after 3 months. Results Self - management ability of patients was better and the rate of hypoglycemia was lower in the experimental group than those in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Glucose metabolic of patients were improved in group than those in control group （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve self- management ability,reduce the rate of hypoglycemia and improve glucose control in DM patients with initial insulin therapy.
