摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)对初始结核病患者健康教育的效果。方法将我院2011年1月~2011年12月收治的200例初始肺结核患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组应用传统方法进行健康教育,观察组应用CNP进行健康教育,将两组患者干预前后的健康教育效果、治疗依从性及满意度进行比较。结果干预后观察组的总满意率、健康教育的优良率、治疗依从性较佳率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应用CNP对初始结核病患者进行健康教育有较高的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of CNP on the health education of tuberculosis patients.Methods 200 cases of incipient tuberculosis patients selected in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group.The control group was educated by traditional method,and the observation group was educated by CNP,then the health education effect,treatment compliance and patients' satisfaction degree of two groups were compared before and after the treatment.Results The total satisfaction rate,excellent and good rate of health education and better rate of treatment compliance were all higher than those of control group,there were significant differences(P 0.05).Conclusion Educating the incipient tuberculosis patients by CNP has higher clinical value.
