摘要
目的探讨澳门临床护士对患者安全的态度与行为的相关性。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取澳门2所医院的405名临床护士,采用患者安全态度、安全行为问卷进行调查。结果澳门临床护士对患者安全的态度总分为(3.59±0.55)分,属中等水平;护理工作年限高、每周工作时数越少的护士对患者安全的态度越好。澳门临床护士对患者安全的行为表现总分为(4.29±0.48)分,属较好水平;职称高、护理工作年限长、大专学历的护士对患者安全的行为表现较好。澳门临床护士对患者安全行为表现与其对患者安全的态度呈正相关;对患者安全承诺的感受、对工作环境及资源提供的感受是临床护士对患者安全行为的影响因素。结论澳门的临床护士对患者安全的态度及行为表现正向。鼓励临床护士建立正确的患者安全观念,促进护士对患者安全行为的形成。
Objective To explore the relationship between clinical nurses＇ attitude and behavior toward patients＇ safety in Macao. Methods A total of 405 clinical nurses were recruited in 2 hospitals in Macao with cluster sampling method. Patient Safety Attitudes Questionnaire and Safety Behavior Questionnaire were employed to do the investigation. Results The overall score of clinical nurses＇attitude toward patients＇safety was （3.59 ±0.55 ）, which was at medium level. The results showed that the more nursing experiences and less weekly working hours, the better clinical nurses＇attitude toward patients＇safety. The overall score of clinical nurses＇ behavior toward patients＇ safety was （ 4.29 ± 0.48 ）, which was at high level. The results showed that the more nursing experiences, higher position, and diploma graduates, the better clinical nurses＇ behavior toward patients＇ safety. It showed that there were positive relationship between clinical nurses＇attitude and behavior toward patients＇safety. Feelings of patients＇safety commitment, safety working conditions and feelings of resource were influence factors of clinical nurses＇behavior. Conclusion The clinical nurses＇attitude and behavior toward patients＇ safety in Macao are acceptable. The better attitude,the nurses have the better behavior they can perform toward patients＇ safety.
