摘要 综述了太阳能电池封装膜的市场、性能、应用及发展。介绍了国内外光伏市场现状及其与封装膜的关系:中国光伏产业将迎来回升,未来光伏市场装机主力是欧洲,但日本、美国及中国的发展速度十分迅速,太阳能电池封装膜的市场与光伏产业发展息息相关。介绍了封装膜的制备和封装工艺:流压延混合法制备效率最高,多层层压机的应用是未来发展方向。介绍了传统的封装膜材料和封装膜的发展趋势:目前乙烯-乙烯醋酸酯共聚物封装膜是主流产品,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛封装膜多应用在建筑光伏一体化中,陶氏和杜邦公司开发的新型封装膜具有制备快、封装效率高、使用寿命长等优势。 The markets, properties, applications and development of encapsulants for solar cells were introduced. The marketing relationship between the solar cells and the encapsulants was discussed. Chinese photovoltaic(PV) industry will usher a rebound with the policy supports and the changed ideas. In future, the main capacity of PV installation would be in Europe, but in Japan, the U.S. and China, it has been having a very rapid pace of development. The market development of the solar cells and PV industry is closely related. The production of the encapsulants and encapsulating process were also introduced. The traditional materials were introduced and the development tendencies of the encapsulants were also prospected. Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer would play an essential role for a long term. Polyvinyl butyral has been being employed in building integrated PV field. Dupont and DOW have invented two categories of the encapsulants, which are more efficient and have longer service life.
